IT Support Technician

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Helpdesk support
  • Assist with the implementation and ongoing support of the VOIP phone system, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Set up new user accounts, permissions, email, and security settings
  • Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and support requests
  • Assist with deployment, configuration, and support of company servers
  • Monitor server health and perform routine maintenance, updates, and backups
  • Device imaging and MDM configuration
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE

  • At least 1 year of computer support experience
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common desktop applications
  • Working knowledge of server environments (e.g., Windows Server, Active Directory)
  • Familiarity with VOIP systems (setup, support, and troubleshooting)
  • Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
