What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the company’s #1 support for the customer
  • Respond to service calls
  • Diagnose issues with customer‑owned equipment and communicate with the Site Manager
  • Execute maintenance and repair work
  • Use our maintenance software to complete work orders, timecards, and parts requests
  • Create parts lists as needed and coordinate with the Site Manager
  • Maintain any required certifications and licenses (incl. service vehicle)
  • Care for company assets (vehicle, laptop, diagnostic & specialty tooling

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years mechanical experience with heavy equipment; strong knowledge of hydraulics, powertrain, electronics/electrical, diesel
  • 3+ years Sennebogen experience
  • Ability to read electrical & hydraulic schematics
  • Understanding of multiple OEM platforms
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory record
  • Detail‑oriented with strong record‑keeping
  • Collaborative spirit; strong problem‑solving; safety‑first mindset
