Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As the Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you are the creative engine behind our inbound and outbound digital presence. Your work fuels the top of the funnel, drives conversations, and elevates how customers engage with Bulk Equipment.

You create the videos, social content, landing pages, and digital tools that help customers and TSMs research, learn, and ultimately buy/sell our offerings.

This is a hybrid role that blends:

  • Short-form video creation
  • Product-focused content production
  • Social media execution
  • Digital merchandising
  • Inside sales & outreach
  • CRM-driven campaign execution

This is not a “sit and wait for leads” role — your output creates leads.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Creative Production

You are responsible for producing high-quality content that educates customers and supports sales efforts:

  • Publish 5–7 reels/shorts per week
  • Produce 3–5 long-form product or training videos per month in collaboration with Product Sales Managers
  • Capture and edit field footage, product demos, and brand storytelling content
  • Create supporting graphics, banners, thumbnails, and visual assets
  • Maintain the social media content calendar in partnership with Product and Sales teams

Your work fuels our thought leadership, AI functionality, SEO/AEO footprint, and brand authority.

Digital Marketing & Web Merchandising

  • Optimize product listings, landing pages, and resource hubs
  • Ensure imagery, descriptions, specs, and tools are updated and accurate
  • Collaborate with Product Sales Managers on configurators, calculators, surveys, etc.
  • Publish content that improves conversion paths and informs customers during research to produce ready-to-buy customers within our ideal customer profile

Inside Sales & Lead Generation

  • Conduct outbound email sequences to create conversations for the TSMs
  • Follow standardized cold outreach scripts (light qualification focused on fact finding and data gathering, no recommendations unless directly requested)
  • Convert inbound demand generated from chats, emails, and calls into leads with accurate handoff to TSMs fueling the sales qualification process
  • Track and manage all activity in CRM
