WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Make sure everyone is safe, following procedures, and wearing PPE
- Attend safety meetings and complete monthly safety quizzes with their team
- Ensure HIRAC forms are completed when necessary
- Participate in safety and customer audits and inspections
- Ensure all required inspections are completed
- Develop a plan with the maintenance team and mechanics to correct action items from inspections
- Report incidents immediately to the safety department and Sr. Director of Operations
- Update KPI, CID, maintenance, operations, and parts reports
- Review site financial performance, rental invoices, and rebills
- Keep rental POs current with customer
- Review monthly equipment hours for internal accuracy and submit for billing.
- Follow up on invoicing PO’s or payments with customer
- Manage labor and parts spend
- Coordinate with Lead Technician to plan, assign, schedule, direct and perform routine services and repairs as needed
- Monitor and review work orders for timely completion
- Ensure PM performance is satisfactory
- Ensure oil sample program is acceptable and bad results are addressed
- Keep inventory clean and organized
- Review and approve payroll
- Understand all contracts and their application, billing, and expiration
- Participate in equipment contract negotiations
- Attend customer meetings
- Other items as required
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE
- At least 5 years of heavy equipment experience
- Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced computer skills and strong Excel ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
