WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Gather orders, obtain quotes, and assist with purchasing decisions within set budget
  • Assist with managing inventory and core returns
  • Assist and support to the purchasing team and technicians
  • Assist with repair and service estimates and reports
  • Complete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual data entry
  • Complete other projects as assigned
  • Complete necessary daily reports
  • Complete weekly reports as required
  • Complete monthly reports
  • Attend site’s monthly safety meeting
  • Update weekly equipment hours
  • Maintain and follow up on warranty claims
  • Assist with work order processing and invoicing
  • Oversee weekly payroll and timecard
  • Spend time in the field learning the business
  • Help promote Bulk Equipment commitment and culture in the industry
  • Spend time with the technician’s learning equipment

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE

  • At least 2 years of administrative/office experience
  • Proficient computer skills (i.e. Excel and Word)
  • Professional and clear communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping capabilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside the box
