WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Gather orders, obtain quotes, and assist with purchasing decisions within set budget
- Assist with managing inventory and core returns
- Assist and support to the purchasing team and technicians
- Assist with repair and service estimates and reports
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual data entry
- Complete other projects as assigned
- Complete necessary daily reports
- Complete weekly reports as required
- Complete monthly reports
- Attend site’s monthly safety meeting
- Update weekly equipment hours
- Maintain and follow up on warranty claims
- Assist with work order processing and invoicing
- Oversee weekly payroll and timecard
- Spend time in the field learning the business
- Help promote Bulk Equipment commitment and culture in the industry
- Spend time with the technician’s learning equipment
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE
- At least 2 years of administrative/office experience
- Proficient computer skills (i.e. Excel and Word)
- Professional and clear communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping capabilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside the box
