Dave Merkel

Dave Merkel serves as General Manager. In this role, he is responsible for the safety and efficiency of the Bulk team, along with identifying growth opportunities in the areas he manages. Dave has worked closely with ownership to mentor and pass along valuable lessons that have helped drive the business forward. A key piece of advice that’s stuck with Dave over his years with Bulk is that it’s important to understand how to motivate a team to do their job as safely, effectively, and efficiently as possible.
