WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Opening, reviewing, and closing work orders
- Reviewing invoices with customers
- Managing and tracking parts inventory
- Reviewing and approving applicable payroll
- Monitoring PM schedules and creating PM work orders
- Assisting with estimates when needed
- Other tasks as needed
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE
- Experience creating and reviewing work orders
- Experience with payroll systems
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with inventory management
- Ability to manage customer relationships
- Awareness of being a representation of the company at all times,
and an eager brand advocate
- Intermediate computer skills
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and record-keeping capabilities
- Collaborative spirit
