WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Opening, reviewing, and closing work orders
  • Reviewing invoices with customers
  • Managing and tracking parts inventory
  • Reviewing and approving applicable payroll
  • Monitoring PM schedules and creating PM work orders
  • Assisting with estimates when needed
  • Other tasks as needed

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Experience creating and reviewing work orders
  • Experience with payroll systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with inventory management
  • Ability to manage customer relationships
  • Awareness of being a representation of the company at all times,
    and an eager brand advocate
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and record-keeping capabilities
